This mask is great for the summer time. It is great for all skin types, but its soothing, nourishing, and cooling properties are especially great for red, inflamed, and irritated skin.
– 1/4 ripe avocado
– 1/2 tsp raw honey
– 1/4 tsp sweet almond oil
– 1 tsp finely ground oats
– 2 drops lavender or geranium essential oil
Blend everything together and apply to a clean face. Leave on for 15-30 minutes, rinse off with cold water, pat your skin dry, and continue with your day as per usual.
