Anti-cramping anti-inflammatory juice

This is a great juice to bring down inflammation, support your body’s detox pathways, and also help with menstrual cramps! I often recommend it in the premenstrual phase to you’re ready to go for your period. It’s tasty and refreshing, I love it, and hope you love it too!

    • 3 stalks of celery
    • 1 cucumber
    • ½ cup of cilantro or parsley
    • Small chunk of ginger
    • 1 green apple
    • 3 carrots (all organic preferably).

 

Juice tip: If you don’t have a juicer, then blend on high speed and put through cheesecloth/fine mesh strainer/nut milk bag.
